environment alkaline. Low level of minerals can mean high bodily pH. If you are not eating fruits and vegetables,
then you need to take supplement of minerals to cure anxiety.

vitamin is essential to keep anxiety & panic attacks away.
2)
Exercise
Exercise is a wonderful practice to keep stress and anxiety away. It also helps to
greatly increase confidence in the ability of one’s body.
Many of the symptoms experienced during panic attack &
during a good workout are same. e.g.
• higher heartbeats
• Sweating
• More sensations in body
• Rapid breathing
Any exercise or cardiovascular workout makes you comfortable with your body in a
heightened state of exertion. A heightened state of activity during exercises is not dissimilar to the way our
bodies react during a panic attack.
Exercise teaches our bodies what is acceptable exertion, and trains us to become
more comfortable with physical sensations such as heavy breathing and rapid heartbeat. This enables us to handle
strenuous levels of exertion.
3)
Distraction
It is a common experience that when one feels nervous, may be after sometime, we get
distracted by something and our focus shifts. We feel relieved to some extent.
This observation can be used to soften / eliminate anxiety.
Consciously change your focus and attention to whatever is going on around you. Take interest in
it.
This automatically drives away anxious thoughts.
Another, most useful way of moving away from panic attacks or anxiety is engaging
yourself 100 % of whatever you are doing.
Watch yourself and select an activity which stimulates you & engages your
complete attention.
It is better if you select an activity which requires your physical
involvement.
Some of the possible activities that could interest you, could be gardening,
playing a musical instrument, engaging in any kind of sport, or simply having a good conversation with a
friend.
The idea here is finding something that you can repeat on a
regular basis that will take you out of your mental thoughts and into life.
It is seen that sedentary people suffer more from anxiety & panic attacks as
compared to physically active people.
Researchers say there are possible links between exercise and brain chemicals
associated with stress, anxiety, and depression.
Research carried out by Mark Sothmann, PhD, of the Indiana University School of
Medicine suggests that biologically, exercise seems to give the body a chance to practice dealing with
stress.
